Tinker Taylor were approached by the Metropolitan Police Federation: IBB to produce a film to be shown during Notting Hill Carnival.  The film was due to be screened in a loud, busy environment – so we needed a solution that go the message across both with and without sound.

We opted for a combined motion graphics and video footage package.  Using bold text and utilising existing branding the sequence takes the viewer across a moving London Cityscape to find different questions posed by Police Inspectors and answered both graphically and with the use of footage and subtitles. After filming subjects in a green-screen studio the piece was composted and animated with Apple Motion software.
