When Seven Capital sought to promote their property developments with video, they turned to TINKER TAYLOR. We've worked closely with the company to create eye-catching and persuasive videos to encourage people to invest.

Established in 2009, SevenCapital are the UK’s leading property developers with a portfolio of projects worth in excess of £1.50billion.

They sell off-plan investment apartments which are high end, often costing £250,000+.

TINKER TAYLOR have worked closely with SevenCapital across a number of their portfolio projects, to deliver effective and engaging videos, which bring the investment opportunities to life and showcase the benefits of each development.

The videos created are then shared on their social media and website to help sell their apartments in record time.

Graven Hill Apartments

This video features a combination of the picturesque Oxfordshire countryside, the luxurious upscale Bicester fashion village, and the prestigious Oxford university and heritage.

It’s a stunning show of quintessential English life and displays what to expect, should you invest in Graven Hill Apartments.

With high tenant demand, easier access to bigger cities and a perfect countryside location, we wanted to show in this video that the apartments are ideal for young professionals wanting to flourish in the UK and are, therefore, a great investment opportunity.

SevenCapital Director Andy Foote is at the heart of this film.

We decided to interview him in a green and vibrant countryside location, to capitalise on the stunning countryside surroundings.

To reinforce important selling points, our corporate video production agency utilised stylish on-brand graphics, using the gold sharp lines of the developments logo to create sophisticated pictures which are relevant to the narrative.

This video was incredibly successful, with Graven Hill Apartments selling out in record time.

There were 104 apartments and 60 of them were sold in the first few days.

We used several video companies when we were building the team but they were a bit clunky and they weren’t really hitting the mark, and then we met this amazing person called Sam Slingsby, who has the ability to get all of the points down on paper, but also helps you to relax and say all of the things you want to say, because it’s not always easy being in front of the camera.

It’s a real gift, a real art, and we don’t use any other production company now, we only use TINKER TAYLOR.

St. Martins Place

When SevenCapital told us about their flagship development in Birmingham, St. Martins Place, it was the perfect opportunity to let our creative juices flow!

For this development our team of corporate film makers decided to produce two films, with two different outlooks.

The first (shown to the right) was a stylish and cinematic commercial to promote the lifestyle that comes with living and working in the cosmopolitan centre of Birmingham.

To tie the story together, we conceptualised the theme of ‘a place to…’, which describes what happens in both St. Martins Place and in Birmingham.

It is a place to succeed, a place to indulge, a place to inspire: a place to invest.

This concept became the creative for the developments whole sales campaign.

In addition to showcasing some of the city’s best views, the video also features many iconic locations, such as the Bramall Music Building, The Mailbox, Marco Pierre Whites Rooftop Restaurant, Michelin Starred Restaurant Adams and Quirky cocktail bar, Aluna.

Each of these elements came together effectively onscreen to sell the city as the place to invest.

In addition to the commercial, we decided to also produce a more practical, informative film.

For this we featured Andy talking about the facts and features of the new development, and the wider benefits of investing in Birmingham.

A big aspect of the video focuses around the relationship between St. Martins Place and the Park Regis hotel, which is also owned by SevenCapital.

Showing that the new build offers the luxury of the hotel, with the practicality of your own apartment.

Through this film we strived to comprehensively answer any questions a potential investor may have about the property, and persuade them that this is an opportunity not to miss.

We very much like the way TINKER TAYLOR works, they’re cost effective, their style is fantastic, the ideas that they bring to the videos help us to make super videos, which help us to sell the apartments, so we can recommend them, for sure!

Iron House

This video for Iron House was turned around in 7 days, from commission to launch, and clearly displays why Slough, and Iron House, should be the next buy for investors.

To add diversity to the film we utilised four different camera angles as well as one tracking shot on a slider.

This created a dynamic, stylish talking head film.

We wanted to illustrate Slough as a futuristic, up and coming city, so we scoped out the most visually exciting architect to enhance the films editorial, and complimented this with on-brand, smart motion graphics.
