We are now towards the end of the first month of 2016, and here at Tinker Taylor, we have some very exciting announcements to make!
Recently, we have had some very positive results from a recent video we made for The University Hospital of North Midlands which aimed to show a different side to the University Hospital of North Midlands. This Trust in particular had been struggling to recruit qualified nurses to apply for jobs with them, but with our very creative videos driving a social media campaign, UHNM have successfully created a whole load of extra traffic on their website, facebook and twitter pages.

Below, meet Jon, an inspiring Midlands Air Ambulance Paramedic and UHNM Consultant in Anaesthesia and Previn, a hugely likeable Consultant Interventional Radiologist and family man.
#ANewKindOfTrust follows eight members of staff from UHNM during their time at work and at home. This candid and warm approach has been very well received. These films are not only driving the recruitment campaign, but they are also being used as part of the Trust’s induction process and to support internal communications.

#ANewKindOfTrust campaign was received very positively by the Trust and the wider community, raising the reputation of the Trust and inevitably increased the morale amongst staff members and achieved wider awareness of the work they do.
In fact, UHNM were so happy with the work that we did for them that Liz Rix, Chief Nurse at University Hospital of North Midlands, did a little testimonial for us, telling us how amazing we are (as if we didn’t already know!)

Lotty Harper #OperationPanto
Meet Lotty Harper, the lovely owner of a Brand Awareness and Boutique Event Planning Service. This Christmas she organised a spectacular Christmas treasure hunt for Emerald Technology staff where everyone dressed up under the theme #OperationPanto for the annual christmas party. Here is a picture of Lotty herself, next to what seems to be the grizzly Wolf from Little Red Riding Hood..
But this Christmas party wasn’t any old ‘lets dress up like panto characters’ christmas party, the employees were sent across the city with different clues which led to them buying products to donate to the homeless charity St. Basils. Because lets face it! Christmas is for giving, right?
